Wheat Flour is a powder which is made from grinding of wheat and is used in human consumption. This is most produced flour than any other.

  • White Flour

    This flour is made from proteins or endosperm or starchy part of the grain.

  • Whole Meal Flour

    This flour is produced from the entire grain, including endosperm, germ and bran.

  • Germ Flour

    This flour is produced from germ and endosperm excluding the bran.

  • Hard Flour or Bread Flour

    This is high in Gluten with 12% to 14% in gluten content. It has elastic toughness and retains its shape once baked.

  • Soft Flour

    Soft Flour is low in gluten as we compare it to the hard flour. Because of low gluten it has crumbly texture. It is has further two categories which are known as pastry flour and cake flour. Pastry flour has more gluten than cake flour.
